It seems like our list is growing by leaps and bounds. There are no surprises for the Lord in the needs and care for His children, and He knows what our needs are more than we know how to ask for them. Please keep that in mind as you open your heart to prayer, and remember we must be thankful in every moment, we are not promised the next one. Your prayers are just as powerful as those prayed by Billy Graham. The power of prayer comes from the one who hears our prayers, not from the one praying. Your prayers are heard and God is with us. Embrace yourself with that thought as you continue to pray for these needs.
Our dear Sis. Suzette called with the results of Bro. Jim's tests. He is in renal and kidney failure, and is being transferred to ICU. He is also being put on a donor list for a liver transplant. He is still unaware of his surroundings and is not responsive. Please pray constantly for this dear couple and their families.
Also, Kenneth Hanks was diagnosed with colon cancer today. Please pray for the Hanks family.
What a privilege we have to ask the Lord for our needs and for the needs of other's. Let us all bend our knees and ask God's grace, mercy, and healing upon our brothers and sisters in Christ.
